SALON POLCIES

Hello and Welcome!
Please be sure to read ALL salon policies thoroughly before scheduling your appointment.
"MUST READ BEFORE SCHEDULING"
Please DO NOT arrive for your service more than 10 minutes before scheduled appointment time. I allow a 15-minute grace period ONLY when tardiness is communicated BEFORE scheduled appointment time, otherwise appointment WILL be marked as a NO SHOW. ALL appointments for extension or wig color or wash needs to be dropped off 48 hours in advance. NO CHILDREN/EXTRA COMPANY is allowed unless being serviced. DROP OFF ONLY!Thank You!


Booking
NO DEPOSIT=NO APPOINTMENT!!!! DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposits are only good for one appointment. Deposits goes towards service.  For your convenience and mine, ALL appointments are required to be scheduled online. Be sure to book for all of the services you will want to receive accordingly. Due to time restraints, additional services may not be able to be added the day of. Also, please be aware that the listed service times are not exact, and ALL PRICES ARE STARTING PRICES. It's an estimate in regard to how long it may take to provide each service to each individual client. Book your appointment accordingly, some services may take longer than expected and I will not rush.
Arrival
Please DO NOT arrive no earlier than 10 minutes for your appointment, unless we've spoken, or I've asked you to do so. When, you've made it for your appointment, please send a text to notify me to let me know that you've made it.

Tardiness
I'm aware that things happen and sometimes we get off schedule which is why I allow a 15-minute grace period when tardiness is communicated BEFORE scheduled appointment time. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be CANCELLED, and you'll be marked as a NO SHOW.If you're more than 15 minutes late and I'm still able to service you, a $20 late fee will be added to your service total. This is NON-NEGOTIABLE.Be advised that tardiness causes your appointment to run into someone else's appointment time and could cause my entire schedule to be thrown off. Please be RESPECTFUL of my time as well as the persons scheduled after you. 

Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule then that requires a new deposit. Cancellations/rescheduling must be done 24 hours in advance before scheduled appointment. NO CALL/NO SHOW is UNACCEPTABLE, and you will be BLOCKED from booking anymore appointments. 

Hair Preparation 
Braiding services DOES NOT come with a shampoo unless the service is added during booking. Quick weaves, weaves/extension, or services that states a hair wash is included are the ONLY services that comes with a shampoo and condition. Please make sure your hair is CLEAN. I will charge you a shampoo and conditioner fee, ranging between $15 to $35 dollars.
